For supermarket chains we pack under the retailer’s own label.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Paperwork is part of the job: health certificate, certificate of origin, CITES where a species is listed, and customs clearance.
What are the payment terms?
We work on 30% advance T/T with 70% against copy B/L, or an irrevocable sight L/C when volumes are high.
Can the goods be inspected before shipment?
Pre-shipment inspection is open to independent inspectors (for example SGS) and to buyer representatives.
What is the minimum order for frozen seafood by sea?
Minimum order: one pallet (about 500 kg–1 t) for fresh by air, one full reefer container (about 12–26 t) for frozen by sea.
