Storage, packing and shipping
Cold stores hold frozen goods at −25°C and chilled goods at +2°C. Frozen product goes by sea in reefer containers from Leith or Grangemouth, about 2–3 weeks from port. Packing: iced EPS boxes of 6, 10 and 20 kg for fresh; IQF with vacuum inner bags and master cartons for frozen.
